Do you allow pets? No, we need to look after the comfort of all of our guests and some pets can be very disruptive.
Do you have Internet connectivity? YES, Fast, Free Wi-fi. Wireless Internet.
Do you have parking? Yes, parking for one average size vehicle is available on site. Larger of extra vehicles can park on the street in front of the property.
Do we need a car? No, Bus and trolley service are available at the end of the street to just about anywhere.
Is there a grocery store nearby? Yes, we have 2 convenience stores 2 blocks away and a Publix grocery store less than a mile.

How far are you from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens? - Orlando, home to Disney, Universal and Sea World are 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens is in Tampa 30 minutes away. (click here for more attractions)
Are the units air conditioned? Yes, central heat and air conditioning.
Any other Hidden charges? No, just the room charge and tax.
What is the 12% tax charge? We have a 7% state sales tax and then a 5% local tourist development tax.
How does the deposit work? - Your deposit is used to hold your room reservation for you until your arrival and then is used to secure the unit against damage. It is returned in full if you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and within 10 days of your successful checkout.
What do I need to bring? We try to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay on Clearwater Beach. We have chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys for the beach and the units are fully equipped. |
