The Coconut Palm is a charming one bedroom, one bath tropical vacation villa with a private screened front porch.The tongue and grooved ceilings are clear heart pine. The kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

The Coconut Palm is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping, and has first class decor and furnishings. Bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis equipment are included. Walk or take the trolley to all beach activities, shops and restaurants every 30 minutes.

This vacation villa is licensed by the State of Florida as a Resort Dwelling, and is privately owned and managed. You will meet and deal directly with the owners when you check in and out.
